Job Summary
Data Quality consultant to deliver Data Quality RTP actions to support BCBS239 compliance and transformation, implementing DQ Management Standard 2.0. Responsibilities include discovery and assessment of high DQ risk processes, identifying gaps and remediating RTPs, collaborating with business/technology teams to enhance DQ tools (Rosetta, DQMA), driving digitisation to reduce manual DQ and metadata management, and defining standardised business terms, data definitions, and DQ rules. Requires 8–14 years in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Regulatory Data, with strong understanding of data quality lifecycle, RTP delivery, gap remediation, metadata management, and stakeholder management. Preferred: BCBS239 experience, financial services domain expertise, and exposure to data transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8–14 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Regulatory Data
- Strong understanding of Data Quality frameworks and lifecycle management
- Experience in RTP delivery, gap remediation, and process assessment
- Hands-on experience in metadata management and business glossary
- Exposure to DQ tools such as Rosetta, DQMA, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
