Data Services Manager

Provide planned group and individual computer training to staff while troubleshooting Child Plus system problems and serving as the liaison with developers. Diagnose technical issues, contact support for guidance, and ensure all personnel are informed of system upgrades affecting data entry and reporting. Complete annual record setup, maintenance, and purging, then submit the Program Information Report accurately. Participate in staff meetings, management reviews, and community groups to resolve data issues and advocate for low-income families. Oversee preparation of the annual Community Assessment, coordinate survey distribution, and assist the Director in writing improvement plans based on self-assessment data.
