Job Summary
Serve as the primary client contact via ticketing and phone, addressing inquiries on custodial data, performance calculations, new data feeds, and account reconciliation. Investigate and resolve product or service issues, escalating to technical teams as needed while maintaining up-to-date CRM records. Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to relay client feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement. Develop deep knowledge of the FinTech platform and support documentation to reduce future outreach. Monitor service-level agreements and ensure timely resolution of support tickets. Meet KPIs for tickets resolved, first response time, time to resolution, and first contact resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in client support, customer success, or technical support
- Experience with portfolio accounting systems, portfolio reconciliation and/or account aggregation
