Job Summary
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and exceptions, then design and maintain Power BI dashboards for business intelligence. Partner with business and technology teams to clarify requirements, track project execution, and deliver automation solutions. Validate data quality, reconcile discrepancies, and present findings to stakeholders while implementing standardized reporting processes. Automate repeatable tasks to enhance dashboard usability and strengthen analytic reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of practical experience performing analytics with tools
- Practical experience with Power BI
- Practical experience with data analytics
- Practical experience with reporting
- Practical experience with business/technology delivery
- Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data
- Ability to identify trends or exceptions
- Ability to translate findings into meaningful business insights
- Ability to develop accurate, user-friendly, timely reports, dashboards, and data tools
- Ability to gather requirements
