Job Summary
Own the lifecycle of AI/ML models from concept to deployment and monitoring. Stakeholder management to understand and prioritise opportunities; end-to-end development and ownership of models; reporting and dashboards; collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business and technical excellence. Write scalable, maintainable code with testing, deployment, and version control best practices. Desirable experience includes retail demand forecasting and startup environments; tools/tech include Python, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), SQL, Git, CI/CD, and familiarity with dbt, BigQuery, Airflow. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional Data Scientist experience in a commercial setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in Python and developing high-quality, scalable code
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Solid understanding of SQL
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
