Job Summary
Develop machine vision systems using Python and PyTorch, implementing state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms for accurate detection and measurement of train components via laser and camera-based systems. Optimize these algorithms for real-time performance and high-speed processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into products. Conduct research on advancements in computer vision and deep learning, and implement advanced AI annotation and active learning pipelines. Develop and productionalize microservices using container orchestrators and Redis.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of work experience with experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning
- Proficiency with microservices and strong skills in Python programming languages
- Experience with software development tools and libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Good understanding of deep learning techniques and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Effective team building and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand and learn new concepts, in analytics and other supporting technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with point cloud
- Knowledge on MLOps and DevOps
- Knowledge on any cloud platform – GCP/Azure/AWS
