Job Summary
Senior Data Scientist responsible for independently performing data analytics across structured and unstructured data, including regression and machine learning. Build and improve metrics, reports, and BI dashboards to support banking businesses; present complex concepts to diverse audiences; partner with functions across the organization to co-build data foundations and analytics delivery. Lead data-driven solutions in client insights, segmentation, sales and marketing lead generation, performance analysis, and product analytics; guide other data scientists, ensure proper risk/compliance practices, and manage end-to-end initiatives with stakeholder collaboration across IT, Data Office, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- 5+ years relevant data analytics, data engineering, or data science experience
- Experience with ETL and data wrangling
- Programming in SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and big data environments
