Data Scientist (Sentiment Analysis) focused on Workforce Planning & Strategic Human Capital Analytics for Government and Public Services. Deliver AI-driven sentiment analysis, human capital surveys, and advanced analytics to improve employee experience and decision-making. Responsibilities include applying NLP/ML to survey data, developing models and dashboards, supporting regulatory compliance, and collaborating across client sites in a hybrid model located in the Mid Atlantic (Alexandria, VA). Requires 5+ years of data science experience and a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science.
