Job Summary
Conduct data analytics, data engineering, data mining, and predictive analysis to support USCYBERCOM J2 intelligence operations. Build AI tools that automate intelligence processes, including recommendation engines and automated lead scoring systems. Merge disparate data sources using R, Python, or SQL and develop visualizations in Power BI and Tableau. Collaborate with analysts to identify tool development needs and author Operating Instructions for command-wide programs. Requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and 12+ years of experience. Located at Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
- 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BS or 6 years with AS/AA or 3 years with PhD
- Working knowledge of data science methodologies, machine learning, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and data products
- Proficiency in data science languages: R and/or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools: Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, and SQL in an intelligence or national security context
- Background in large data Multi-INT analytics, machine learning, or automated predictive analytics
- Experience managing and merging disparate data sources across classification domains
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies and data mining algorithms
- Knowledge of IC data standards and intelligence community data architectures
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
- Master's degree in a related field — or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
