Job Summary
Design, develop, and evaluate machine learning models for structured data using Python, supporting production-ready AI/ML implementation with MLOps considerations. Perform data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation while collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and define technical solutions. Contribute to reusable AI/analytics frameworks, PoCs, and enterprise AI modernization initiatives covering Generative AI and cloud-native data platforms. This role involves working directly with major enterprise clients on large-scale AI and analytics projects within a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Candidates will engage in hands-on development and advanced analytics to drive organization-wide data utilization strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using machine learning in real business environments
- Experience analyzing structured/table data
- Experience with Python for data analysis and modeling
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2+ or equivalent)
- Eligibility to work in Japan
- Valid Japanese work visa
- At least JLPT N2-level Japanese (or equivalent business Japanese communication skills)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or modern cloud data platforms
- Experience with MLOps or production AI systems
- Experience creating business value through data analysis
- Experience with AI or Generative AI-related initiatives
- English communication skills
