Required Qualifications
- An MSc or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning or data science
- Proficiency in Python, git and core ML/analysis libraries
- Proven experience applying models to large datasets in production environments and the experiment cycle
- Ability to design interpretable, efficient models that generalize across real-world conditions
- Strong skills in experiment design, metrics definition, and model validation
- Clear, concise communication of analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
