Job Summary
Data Scientist on CloudWalk's Risk Team to develop and optimize machine learning models that detect and prevent fraud, analyze data, build predictive models, and implement data-driven risk management strategies. You will handle large-scale datasets, extract insights, and develop algorithms to protect the fintech ecosystem, collaborating with risk analysts, data scientists, and software engineers in a fully remote distributed team. Must be proficient in Python/SQL, ML frameworks (Scikit, PyTorch, TensorFlow), cloud (GCP), and data visualization; able to communicate across English and Portuguese; and comfortable working autonomously while staying tightly aligned with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Python and SQL
- Proficient in ML libraries like Scikit, PyTorch , TensorFlow
- Experience with Google Cloud platform
- Solid Data Visualization skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a research mindset
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese
- Autonomous, collaborative, self-driven
