Job Summary
Data Scientist role focused on client-facing analytics to drive innovation in fraud detection. You will use and suggest new tools to optimize models and policies leveraging thousands of data points from LexisNexis Risk Solutions products on the Dynamic Decision Platform. Responsibilities include scoping, planning, and delivering customer-focused analytics projects (proofs of value, go-lives, optimizations, and custom models), inspiring research to improve tools, clearly explaining complex patterns to non-technical audiences, maintaining best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Products, Engineering, Sales). Required hands-on work with SQL, Python, Excel, and Lua to deliver insights, use BI tools to monitor anomalies, and become SME on cybercrime across industries. Strong knowledge of data visualization and storytelling for external and executive audiences, plus experience with Git and Jira to manage research projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Git and Jira
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel and Lua
- Quantitative skills
