Job Summary
Analyze and optimize core business processes to uncover inefficiencies and automation potential using Celonis process mining tools. Gather, cleanse, and prepare event log data from multiple source systems, then build compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings. Collaborate with clients across supply chain, logistics, and finance sectors to design, implement, and roll out process improvements through workshops and training sessions. Translate technical data insights into actionable business value while driving digital transformation journeys for global companies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex problems
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business value
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and agile mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally first experience with process consulting or process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath, etc.)
