Job Summary
Convert business problems into mathematical or AI problems and deliver production-ready code through CI/CD, code review, and collaboration tools. Contribute to stakeholder conversations to shape data and AI products, defining scope, timelines, and quality across PoCs. Take ownership of tasks within Data Science workstreams, supporting technical decisions under senior guidance while maintaining reproducibility, test coverage, and engineering standards in Scrum teams. Leverage Python, SQL, and modern algorithms including classification, clustering, prompt engineering, and regression to build solutions within AWS environments and MLOps pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relevant sphere (Mathematics, Computer Sciences)
- 1+ years of experience in Data Science
- Python (mandatory)
- CI/CD & SDLC: working knowledge of Git/Bitbucket and familiarity with automated testing and versioning
- Cloud — AWS: foundational familiarity with the AWS stack, including exposure to Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, S3 and Lambda (willingness to learn is key)
- MLOps awareness: basic understanding of deploying, monitoring and maintaining models/agents in production
- LLMs & frameworks: exposure to LangChain/LangGraph, RAG and vector stores, prompt engineering, guardrails, context/token management
- Data Governance: awareness of data privacy, security and compliance principles
- Agile methodologies and a hypothesis-driven mindset
- Soft skills: eagerness to learn, willingness to receive feedback, ability to communicate clearly, and to collaborate within a team
