Job Summary
Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements, then translate operational needs into scalable Palantir Foundry solutions. Design and develop Foundry-native applications using Workshop, manage Ontology objects and Code Repositories, and build analytical models, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows. Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis while driving projects independently to deliver solutions from concept to deployment. Create technical documentation and promote best practices for data governance and Foundry development. This role requires 2+ years of hands-on Foundry development experience and a maximum of 5 years total professional experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct Foundry development experience
- no more than 5 years of total professional experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience building data pipelines, transformations, and operational applications in Foundry
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or machine learning
- Strong understanding of data modeling and business process transformation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into technical solutions
