Job Summary
Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities across the organization, evaluating and integrating new datasets. Own the development and deployment of data sets and models from prototypes through production, proposing new features to help craft product strategy. Work directly with data, engineering, and executive teams to discover insights and align with a data-first approach. Bring strong statistics and AI/ML experience to design and run experiments, leveraging Python, SQL, and MS Excel within a full-stack environment including React, Go, and AWS. Lead team culture and define best practices while operating autonomously to integrate bleeding-edge technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services or technology, focused exclusively on data analysis, modeling and discovery
- Extremely strong statistics background with some AI / ML experience
- Tons of experience deploying models into production and designing and running new experiments
- Deep Experience with Python, SQL and MS Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with developer best practices and comfort navigating production codebases since we query from many different sources
- An interest in leading technologies, such as decentralized finance and crypto
