Job Summary
Research and develop machine learning models while architecting training, validation, and inference pipelines to maximize data potential in AI systems. Design creative solutions for deep problems, communicating ideas to the team, with a focus on data-centric AI and deep learning. Apply first principles understanding to extract information from unstructured and structured healthcare data, utilizing established and emerging NLP technologies. Leverage MLOps expertise to manage workflows, supported by tools including Python, PyTorch, SPARQL, Gremlin, NoSQL, SQL, Docker, AWS, and Kubeflow.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or masters in a relevant field of study
- Strong ML research and engineering utilizing established and emerging NLP technologies in a healthcare environment
- Data-centric AI
- Deep learning, problem solving and first principles understanding with proven application
- Experience with information extraction from unstructured and structured healthcare data
- Experience with MLOps
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with deep reinforcement learning
- Experience with knowledge graphs, knowledge bases and ontologies
- Experience with probabilistic graphical models
- Experience with semantic search architectures
