Collect and analyze recruitment-related data to provide data-driven insights, then develop and optimize machine learning models for intelligent matching and recommendation systems. Perform data cleaning and feature engineering to ensure data quality, and collaborate with backend developers to integrate these models into the platform. Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance for iterative optimization while staying updated with cutting-edge technologies to enhance the platform's technical capabilities. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 weekly hours and offers a competitive hourly rate based on project work.
