Job Summary
Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline data handling, integrity, and distribution processes for GEOINT dissemination systems. Design and deploy custom Python tools to facilitate secure data transfer, reduce manual intervention, and integrate API-based solutions between NGA and partner systems. Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance geospatial analysis capabilities and automate complex workflows involving large volumes of data. Maintain legacy codebases while integrating new security requirements and future source dissemination solutions. Collaborate with content teams to ensure automated quality checks meet highest standards of data reliability. Requires TS/SCI clearance, 5 years of experience, and advanced proficiency in Python, Pandas, and relational databases.

- 5 years of combined experience in the field
- college coursework in a relevant field of study
- Mid-level proficiency in Python
- proficiency in other object-oriented programming languages
- Demonstrated experience with relevant Python libraries including Pandas
- Demonstrated experience with relevant Python libraries including Geopandas
- Advanced experience using Python to automate complex workflows
- Advanced experience using Python to integrate with cloud services
- Proven experience with relational databases
- Proven experience with web development tools
- experience with API integration
- Extensive experience in database administration
- Extensive experience in cloud-based data management
- Deep knowledge of GEOINT products
- Deep knowledge of data formats
- Deep knowledge of satellite imagery systems
