Job Summary
Develop and maintain scalable data models and structures while supporting the evolution toward a modern data stack and unified reporting framework. Own forecasting capability across consignments, weight, cube, and volumes by maintaining existing Holt-Winters models and progressing toward machine learning solutions. Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to deliver insights on fleet performance, utilization, and customer metrics, ensuring standardized reporting outputs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems by identifying gaps and collaborating with stakeholders to improve data capture and governance. Translate complex data into actionable narratives for leadership and operational teams to support strategic initiatives and uncover trends. Collaborate with the Business Analyst to deliver tailored reporting solutions and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, data strategy & architecture, cost modelling, and reporting
- Knowledgeable in Cloud applications, DataBricks, Snowflake
- Practical experience with forecasting techniques and statistical models
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and data querying (SQL, R, Python, or similar)
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
