Job Summary

Data Scientist, Marketing to support Scopely and Niantic’s global Marketing orgs by building measurement frameworks, analytical models, and scalable reporting for user acquisition, CRM/direct marketing, and long-term player growth. Develop predictive LTV models, ETL pipelines ingesting data from ad networks, MMPs, and internal systems, and explore AI-based systems for internal data inquiries and pipeline diagnostics. Contribute to marketing mix modeling and testing frameworks (geo experiments, holdouts, incrementality tests) to evaluate campaign effectiveness in privacy-constrained environments. Build reliable datasets and ETL workflows from ad platforms, CRM, social channels, and internal sources; provide insights on targeting, segmentation, messaging effectiveness, and channel strategy. Create scalable dashboards and standardized reporting enabling self-serve marketing analytics; ensure data quality and documentation; leverage AI/ML tools to accelerate analysis and improve code quality and automation. Includes collaboration with Finance/UA, cross-functional stakeholders, and adoption of responsible AI-powered analytics." ,
