Job Summary
Data Scientist - Machine Learning, Search & Personalization: lead the development of real-time ranking, recommendation, and personalization models; design and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to training and deployment; collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed models into user-facing experiences; focus on solving hard problems at scale with applied ML, embeddings, ranking systems, and real-time inference; 5+ years of hands-on ML experience and strong Python with ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and experience with distributed data processing; bonus for advanced degree and cloud platform familiarity.
