Job Summary
Draft Statistical Analysis Plans and dataset specifications to document clinical analysis requirements. Provide statistical methodology support for standard and custom projects utilizing advanced statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and AI techniques for big data analysis and scientific evidence generation. Collaborate with business teams to develop AI tools and analytic platforms, optimizing prompt engineering and standardizing workflows. Stay current with the latest AI research, evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies into business processes. This role supports Japan RWE data analysis projects requiring AI experience and China technology consulting solutions requiring agentic development experience. Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics required with 2+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics/Biostatistics, Mathematics or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of data science or machine learning
- Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, Java, or other programming languages
- basic knowledge of software development frameworks
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
