Job Summary
Drive mission execution in support of national security objectives by enabling process automation and integrating data analytics for large datasets. Lead ongoing projects as a liaison between management and the team, reviewing status, budgets, and schedules while developing resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals. Collaborate with executive leaders and technical partners to produce intelligence and targeting products, fully participating in peer review processes to enhance analytic projects. Maintain operational readiness in dynamic environments by soliciting feedback and adapting to changing information.
Required Qualifications
- Active, current TS/SCI with polygraph
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience with BS/BA, 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Proven data science background with experience using multiple programming languages such as Python, R, and Ruby
- Ability to maintain superior customer service and effectively manage project completion, particularly in changing environments where adaptation is key based on new information
- Demonstrated experience successfully working across organizational silos to support whole-of-government activities
- Ability to confidently engage partners in a professional, collaborative manner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of IC policies and procedures and the ability to apply that knowledge to effectively meet customer needs
- Experience leading teams by participating in hiring and onboarding, driving individual and team performance, supporting growth and development, etc.
