Job Summary
Data Scientist sought by Defense Acquisition Support Services to support government analytics initiatives by developing business intelligence solutions, dashboards and reports, managing client relationships, and delivering data-driven insights that support mission success across a growing analytics portfolio. Requires Active Secret Security Clearance and 2-4 years of BI/Data Analytics experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, DAX, Power Query/Dataflows) plus Power Automate and Microsoft 365 apps. Ideal candidates will have strong presentation skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement experience, and strong analytical and documentation capabilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Power Apps, and cross-functional collaboration within defense contracting environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (Required)
- 2�4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Data modeling (star schema, relationships, cardinality)
- Dashboard and report development
- DAX measures and calculations
- Power Query and Dataflows
- Experience with Power Automate
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel

- Strong presentation skills with experience briefing executive leadership
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, solve technical challenges, and learn new technologies
- Experience with Palantir Foundry (Ontology and application development)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience supporting multiple business functions or cross-functional teams
