Data Scientist, Integrated Business Planning

Job Summary
Data Scientist for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to support PET in developing and maintaining demand, inventory, and supply planning models; deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and scenario modeling; drive analytics automation and scalability using Python, SQL, and BI tools; collaborate with senior team members to align analytics with governance and process maturity; generate dashboards and KPIs to support IBP governance and decision-making; enable near-term supply-demand analytics and early warning indicators using advanced analytics to improve planning reliability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field
- Post-graduate, certification, and/or license are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis preferred
- Programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
