Job Summary
Data Scientist to identify, aggregate, and analyze data across Sales, Distribution, Operations, Marketing, and Production to provide actionable insights that drive operational excellence and revenue growth. Responsibilities include building data pipelines and dashboards, applying statistical analysis and predictive modeling, delivering KPI-based reporting, and supporting pricing analytics, competitive intelligence, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. Requires strong Python/SQL/R skills, data visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI), experience with predictive modeling and ML, and the ability to translate analyses into clear recommendations for leadership. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, enterprise-wide analytics, and contributing to global analytics frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or AI/ML roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
