Data Scientist, GTM

Data Scientist, GTM at Anthropic responsible for defining metrics, building measurement frameworks, and maintaining core reporting to evaluate go-to-market success across segments and products. You will analyze commercial and user data to surface actionable insights, influence roadmaps and GTM strategy, develop hypotheses with rigorous causal inference methods (controlled experiments, synthetic controls), investigate anomalies, build statistical models and simulations to automate decision-making, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes establishing foundational data practices and scaling analytics infrastructure to support rapid product and commercial iteration, with a focus on translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations in a fast-moving environment.
