Job Summary
Data Scientist, Growth & Measurement to own and evolve analytical measurement foundations across MMM & MTA, incrementality, and experimentation. Lead Marketing Mix Modeling initiatives with internal stakeholders; design geo tests, holdouts, lift studies, and quasi-experimental frameworks to quantify true incremental impact across paid and organic channels. Develop models to improve CAC efficiency, LTV forecasting, and retention economics; partner with Growth and Finance for forecasting, budget allocation, and investment planning. Build scalable analytical systems and production-grade models using Python and SQL; collaborate with Data Engineering & BI to operationalize models into dashboards and workflows. Translate analyses into actionable recommendations to influence growth investments and long-term enterprise value. Requires 4–7+ years of experience in marketing science or applied data science, strong proficiency in Python/SQL, and familiarity with modern data warehouses; fully remote environment.
