Job Summary
Leverage Machine Learning and GenAI to solve complex business problems, making processes better and faster. Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making and contribute directly to Prima's long-term success and financial impact through concrete solutions. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that enhance efficiency and redefine operational effectiveness in claims, underwriting, and customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Strong academic background in quantitative fields such as Math, Physics, Data Science, or Engineering
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Structured problem solving skills and being able to analyze and break down complex problems
- Curiosity, proactivity, quick learning and an innovative mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Python and coding best practices
- Experience with machine learning and Generative AI (openAI/Gemini APIs, agentic frameworks, ...)
- Business proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English
