Job Summary
Analyze data from Defense and Integrated Combat Systems training, testing, and evaluation events to identify system performance trends. Support the development and maintenance of automated scripts using MATLAB or Python for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation. Prepare draft technical inputs, summaries, and visual presentations for government-led reports and briefings. Convey analysis inputs to government analysts and leads while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Assist in refining data analysis workflows and documentation under government direction. Work in a flexible schedule during test events and surge periods with occasional travel to Norco, California.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule during test events and surge periods
- Capable of working in stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California
- Working knowledge of MATLAB or Python
- Experience or familiarity with tool verification and validation practices
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with core data analysis techniques and visualization tools
- Quick to learn new systems, tools, and technical domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of radar principles is a plus but not required: Including how radar systems transmit and receive signals, and the relationship between these signals and target detection
