Job Summary
Identify and automate manual analytical workflows using AI as a native capability, turning repetitive processes into scalable internal solutions. Design and maintain data pipelines to ingest, clean, and structure large-scale transport datasets using SQL and Python. Build internal dashboards and automated reporting tools to generate insights on fleet performance, route optimization, and energy consumption. Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to solve data-oriented challenges that support customer engagements with logistics directors. Stay current with advances in AI and analytics tooling to integrate new approaches into the team's ways of working. This full-time position is based in Stockholm or Gothenburg for the Solution EMEA team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
- Minimum 2+ years' experience after graduation in a data science, analytics engineering, or quantitative analytics role
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.) and SQL
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools – Looker Studio in particular
- Comfortable working in a commercial context: able to read a business situation, frame analysis around what a customer or stakeholder actually needs, and communicate findings without hiding behind the data
- Self-starter and team player: you take ownership of problems, work well with ambiguous real-world data, and communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable applying GenAI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) as native building blocks for automating analytical workflows and constructing internal tools
- Interest in transport, logistics, e-mobility, and sustainability – curiosity about the domain is a genuine advantage
