Job Summary
Data Scientist - Growth to drive growth modelling and predictive analytics for sales enablement. Develop and refine models for lead scoring, conversion, profitability, and other growth metrics using Python; analyze sales data to identify patterns and opportunities; integrate models into sales platforms with data engineers and analysts; support adoption of advanced analytics tools and communicate model outputs to business stakeholders. Strong Python proficiency, ML library experience, statistical methods knowledge, and ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. Collaborative, curious, and capable of working in a fast-paced fintech environment with cross-functional teams in Madrid (Hybrid: 4 days in office / 1 day WFH).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Data Science or related roles
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with machine learning libraries
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and ML models
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with curiosity and willingness to learn
