Job Summary
Build self-service analytics tools, dashboards, and documentation to empower non-technical stakeholders for independent analysis. Establish best practices for data quality, methodology, and insight presentation across the organization. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify high-impact optimization opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations for product improvements. Design and execute the technical architecture for the data stack, evaluating tools and creating plans that balance scalability with business requirements. Lead the development of risk dashboards and operational analytics, collaborating with Risk and Compliance to ensure adherence to scheme rules and regulatory frameworks. Dintero is building the infrastructure for the future of payments in the Nordics.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in data science, analytics engineering, or a closely related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language used for data analysis (e.g. Python or R)
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in or alongside payments, fintech, or a regulated financial services environment
- Knowledge of payment scheme rules, risk frameworks, or compliance requirements
