Job Summary
Develop predictive modeling and machine learning solutions to complex business problems, transforming data into insights that improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall performance. Execute exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, model development, deployment, and monitoring while leveraging advanced analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and personalize customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical problem statements, engineer features from disparate data sources, and build agentic AI solutions that automate workflows. Propose strategies to solve business challenges, continuously refine models based on feedback, and effectively communicate the data science lifecycle to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate degree in quantitative discipline
- demonstrated Data Science skill set
- 2 years work experience
- Proficiency writing complex SQL queries
- Advanced hands-on experience with the Python data science stack
- Owning the full Data Science life cycle from ideation to production
- Strong understanding of quantitative approaches, their benefits, and their limitations
- Analytical ability required to gather data, perform transformation, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems
- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
- Experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Must have proficiency with Machine Learning to solve clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation and optimization problems on large scale data sets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools preferred — Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Plotly, etc.
- Openness to working in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to understand business partner needs and deliver solutions

- Demonstrated ability to efficiently learn and solve new business domains and problems
