Job Summary
Data Scientist role focusing on healthcare analytics and predictive modelling to understand patient journeys, operational performance, and clinical service effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing analytical and predictive models using healthcare and operational data; applying statistical analysis, ML and AI techniques for service demand forecasting, patient engagement analysis, appointment attendance prediction, and capacity/scheduling optimization; working with EHRs, referral platforms, scheduling systems, CRM and other data sources; building dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau; ensuring data quality, governance, security, and GDPR compliance; collaborating with clinical, operational, product, and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
