Job Summary
Clean, prepare, and explore data to identify trends and patterns. Build, validate, and implement AI/ML models while extensively documenting all aspects of data analysis, model development, and results. Collaborate with team members to incorporate these models into software applications and stay updated with the latest advancements in the AI/ML domain to integrate new techniques into daily work. Requires 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML, extensive Python skills, and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML related work
- Extensive experience in Python
- Familiarity with Statistical models such as Linear/Logistic regression, Bayesian Models, Classification/Clustering models, Time Series analysis
- Experience with deep learning models such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTM, Transformers
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), JIRA, Confluence
- Familiarity with MLOPs concepts, AI/ML pipeline tooling such as Kedro
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG architecture
- Experience delivering customer facing AI Solutions delivered as SaaS
