Job Summary
Data Scientist responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining predictive, prescriptive, and statistical models to support risk management, finance forecasting, customer experience, and marketing; lead in forecasting, optimization, and machine learning; collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership; ensure model documentation and monitoring aligned with data governance; work with Python/SQL/R, large datasets, and cloud platforms to enable enterprise analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in data science or a similar quantitative role
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, or R
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling techniques including regression, time series, survival analysis, clustering, and decision trees
- Experience working with large datasets and enterprise data platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into business-friendly insights
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
