Job Summary
Develop actionable analyses from raw data to provide decision support for marketing, sales, and executive leadership. Design flexible, innovative analytics architectures and apply models to interpret results while presenting clear conclusions without technical jargon. Manage ad-hoc analyses and campaign reporting while ensuring high data quality, currency, and consistency across structured and unstructured datasets. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the big picture during discussions and address critical inquiries with methodical, factual arguments. Requires a degree in math, statistics, or computer science with at least three years of experience, proficiency in Python, Power BI, and Databricks, plus strong German and English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Mathematik, Statistik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabenbereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und Power BI
- praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit JSON
- Programmierkenntnisse, insbesondere in Python (z.B. Jupyter-Notebooks, Pandas, Matplotlib)
- Erfahrung mit Codeverwaltung in Git
- Praxis im Umgang mit Databricks oder vergleichbaren Datenbank- bzw. Data-Engineering-Umgebungen
- Routine in der Verarbeitung und Analyse strukturierter und unstrukturierter Daten (inklusive Freitexten)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine analytische, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Desired Qualifications
- Jede zusätzliche Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse mit statistischen Methoden oder im Umfeld von Big Data ist ein Plus
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Gesundheits- oder Pharmabereich
