Job Summary
Data Scientist I/II responsible for working cross functionally in the organization to collect, clean, analyze, model, and interpret data; automate ETL processes; develop basic visualizations; collaborate with scientists to understand data requirements; communicate findings to drive data-driven improvements across revenue; senior duties include advanced statistical models/ML/AI, enhanced pipelines, and mentoring junior data scientists. The role emphasizes applying statistical methods, data preprocessing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve data quality and inform business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or relevant field
- Experience with SQL or similar language preferred
- Intermediate Python skills or similar language preferred
- Background in data analysis, parsing, and manipulation
- Data Scientist II requires: same duties as I plus automation of pipelines, ML/AI algorithms, documentation of code, mentoring, cross-functional participation, and more advanced modeling
