Job Summary
Build and optimise AI and data platforms, developing Bronze, Silver, and Gold data pipelines. Create vector databases and AI agents while processing and enriching structured and unstructured data. Support the productionisation of AI/ML solutions through prompt engineering, AI context optimisation, and front-end application development using AI-assisted tools. Work closely with stakeholders in a consulting-focused environment to deliver large-scale AI platform programmes. Must possess 4+ years' Data Science experience and 2+ years' consulting/client-facing experience. Requires strong Python and Databricks expertise (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog), including deploying AI solutions into production and knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps and MLflow. GitHub and CI/CD experience are essential. Candidate must be Databricks-vetted and approved for Databricks professional services/delivery projects.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' Data Science experience
- 2+ years' consulting/client-facing experience
- Strong Python and Databricks expertise (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
- Experience deploying AI solutions into production
- Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps and MLflow
- GitHub and CI/CD experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must already be Databricks-vetted and approved for Databricks professional services/delivery projects
