Job Summary
Conduct machine learning model evaluation and statistical analysis using Python, R, and SQL to manipulate datasets and draw insights. Perform network analysis and system diagnostics within Linux, Windows, and virtual environments, leveraging exposure to AWS, Cisco, and Big Data Platforms. Apply engineering skills to solve complex problems in defensive cyber operations, utilizing Jupyter Notebooks and network analysis tools to determine solutions for assigned projects. Requires 3+ years of ML experience and an active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Defensive Cyber Operations experience
- 3+ years of Machine Learning techniques and statistical model evaluation
- Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph required for consideration
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 8 years of experience
- Advanced degree in lieu of years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant field
- 4 years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with R or Python, and SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large and small data sets
- Exposure to AWS (Amazon Web Services), Cisco (CCNA), and/or STIGs/IAVA, Big Data Platform (BDP)
- Strong background and skills in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)/Windows/Virtual environments
- Problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution
