Job Summary
Data Scientist to support client teams by analyzing data and delivering insights through advanced analytics. Design, evaluate, and operationalize Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to augment analytical workflows, accelerate client delivery, and translate data into actionable business outcomes. Responsibilities include mining and analyzing data to drive business strategy, developing AI/ML models, monitoring data models, prototyping AI workflows (including tool-using agents and retrieval-augmented generation), applying responsible AI practices, leveraging AI assistive tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), and partnering with stakeholders to translate AI/ML opportunities into measurable results. Requires strong Python, SQL, AI/ML fundamentals, and experience with BI platforms; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Math, Engineering)
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Relational databases and advanced SQL
- Agentic AI experience (building/evaluating AI agents, multi-step workflows)
- Generative AI experience (prompt engineering, LLM design, evaluation)
- Strong Python for data science and production analytics
- BI tools experience (Tableau, Power BI)
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- Previous experience with relational databases and developing advanced SQL queries
- Hands-on Agentic AI experience (building/evaluating AI agents, multi-step AI workflows, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or workflow orchestration)
- Advanced Generative AI experience (prompt engineering, LLM design, model evaluation, responsible AI practices)
- Strong Python experience for data science, ML, automation, API integration, and production-grade analytics
- Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
