Data Scientist (1099 Contractor) at First Stop Health – hands-on, production-grade data work across teams to shape metrics, experiments, projections, and predictive models. Develop and implement analytics strategies using Python and SQL, collaborate with Product and Data Engineering to define data requirements, engage stakeholders to translate insights into business actions, and iterate on models to drive continuous improvement in healthcare services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science/analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare or health tech experience preferred
