Job Summary
Deliver and create content for online and offline data science training while inspiring students to persevere through skill acquisition challenges. Define and lead strategy to make data science accessible, continuously learning new algorithms to evangelize within the community. Requires proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or Scikit-learn, alongside strong communication and mentoring abilities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field is required, with prior teaching experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data handling libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
- Hands-on knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of data visualization, data storytelling, and how to think about data problems in a business context and solving them using Machine learning
- High level proficiencies in Machine Learning algorithms
- Rich experience in tools like R / Python
- A passion for delivering and curating training content
- Prior teaching/training experience
- Knowledge about Data Engineering and Deep Learning
- Certification in Data Science or Machine Learning
