Job Summary
Own the Prague Data Science team by setting goals, providing honest feedback, and balancing capacity across projects while coordinating staffing with Munich. Lead at eye level by acting as a role model for work quality and team culture, developing new joiners through structured onboarding and helping them grow. Take complex data science and process intelligence projects from idea to delivery, designing scalable solution architectures that integrate security and maintainability. Use process mining, AI, and advanced analytics to optimize business processes and bridge technical output with real business impact for clients across industries. Deliver measurable value by building strong client relationships and proactively aligning expectations with delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- Strong hands-on skills across the stack. Data engineering, modelling, and front-end delivery - ideally in a process intelligence or BI tool
- A business mindset - you are not only interested in technical work but also in business applications
- You think in solution concepts: designing scalable, clean, and sustainable architectures before anyone starts building
- Confident communicator with clients and senior stakeholders
- Fluent English; happy working across a CZ/DE setup

Desired Qualifications
- Process Intelligence background - Celonis experience is a plus
- German and/or Czech
