Job Summary
Lead data science initiatives to transform raw data into actionable insights for informed decision-making by guiding teams in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning applications. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure successful delivery while mentoring members to leverage their strengths. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to develop data-driven strategies that enhance business growth and address complex client challenges. Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations, fostering a collaborative environment through integrity and authentic leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Strong supply chain domain knowledge (inventory planning, demand forecasting, logistics)
- Well versed and hands-on experience of working on optimization methods like linear programming, mixed integer programming, scheduling optimization
- Understanding of working on third party optimization solvers like Gurobi
- Proficiency in forecasting techniques (e.g., Holt -Winters, ARIMA, ARIMAX, SARIMA, SARIMAX, FBProphet, NBeats) and machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised)
- Experience using at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Demonstrating proficiency in data science algorithms and workflows
- Utilizing advanced machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven decision making
- Leveraging programming languages such as Python, R, and MATLAB
- Managing data pipelines and confirming data quality in large datasets
- Embracing innovation and technology to enhance client solutions
