Job Summary
Data Science Manager responsible for end-to-end data science and AI initiatives, including shaping requirements, defining solution approaches, productionizing models, and driving MLOps pipelines. Responsibilities include advanced modelling and analysis, production deployment, strategic direction for data science/AI, stakeholder collaboration, ethical AI governance, mentorship of junior data scientists/engineers, and ongoing research into new ML algorithms and technologies. Require experience with Python, R, SQL and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with public sector data and regulatory considerations; strong communication to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences; and the ability to work effectively in hybrid teams. Desirable security clearance eligibility, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning.
