Job Summary
Lead the data science team to develop scalable algorithms and production-ready models; drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and IT; deliver prescriptive analytics and AI/GenAI solutions; mentor team members and shape data science strategy across fab operations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering, or Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of professional data science experience
- Strong technical credibility in data science modeling and algorithms across statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and AI/GenAI solutions
- Hands-on experience in data analytics application development and building robust data engineering pipelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and present to both small and large groups
- Ability to work cross-functionally with peers, as well as mid- and senior-level management
- Strong peer leadership and relationship-management capabilities, paired with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing business needs
- Outstanding customer focus with a proven ability to manage, prioritize, and drive project-based work
